When I deposited with Onbling my bank cancelled my credit card because of how the transaction showed.I did however win with the money I did deposit and I see they have Neteller as a withdrawl service now.I had already sent my information before my card was cancelled so I decided to see if I could claim the winnings that are sitting there.I contacted customer help and was told that my first faxback form was unreadable, ok I could accept maybe it hadnt turned out the best so I redone that and sent it back to where the customer service told which was to finance@onbling.com.I sent an email to faxback and asked if the new form was ok because I would like to withdraw using my Neteller account.I received a reply stating that I still had to send an updated form and if I wanted to withdraw using Neteller I had to make a deposit using Neteller first.I have sent the form my card was cancelled and I had to get a new one I dont want to give them my new card details and I am worried if they wiretransfer the money into my account my bank will refuse it.I knew getting anything back from them would be a longshot but I would like to try.Can I get some advice/help pleaseConfused

I contacted my bank and got all the information required for a wire transfer now Onbling is saying that they cant do one because my bank does not accept wire transfers directly they are accepted by another bank then forwarded to my bank but my bank account number is used and shows where the money will end up.I don't understand what the problem is.Is this normal/Is my situation different because in my country we dont use routing or IBAN numbers/I have provided all the information and its available at my banks website as well.Am I getting the run around or is this gaming commission regulations.

Thank you for posting your issue in our forums. We spoke the casino reps of OnBling casino and they say that they had an issue with a fax form that wasn't non-readable. They then told us that support contacted you by phone but there was no answer. 

You need to get in contact with their support and to send them the correspondence.
